Refund policy

Faulty or damaged goods are accepted for returns, refunds or replacement.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original instore purchase date. Approved returns are refunded back to the original payment method (cash or credit card).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items must be in original, unopened package and show no signs of use.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect sizing selection.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact the shop to discuss any returns within 14 days of receiving the item.
