Alex Davies wins National Queens Prize
Alex Davies reached a career pinnacle with his dominating win of the recent National Rifle Association Queens Prize.
Alex is another of NSW U25 Juniors who have reached career highs in the last year and Alex’s success is a tribute to all who have helped him reach this milestone.
West Wallsend Rifle Club shooter Alex Davies, while scoring 498.56, demonstrated both his shooting capability and calm confidence, to win a point clear of Jim Bailey Holsworthy Rifle Club and 2 points up on both Duncan Davies (his dad) and Mitch Bailey (Jims lad), another aspiring U25 prodigy.
Congratulations to Alex and indeed all the NSW members who featured in this close final.
